Cooking instructions

Cook in abundant, well-salted water to allow the thicker strands to separate. Stir during the first minute to prevent sticking. Cook until al dente, slightly longer than standard spaghetti (check the pack). Reserve a small amount of cooking water to emulsify sauces. Drain promptly; do not rinse. Toss immediately with sauce so it coats evenly.
