Cooking instructions

Cook in abundant, well-salted water to allow even cooking. Stir during the first minute to prevent sticking. Cook until al dente, following package instructions. Reserve a small amount of cooking water to adjust sauce consistency. Drain thoroughly; do not rinse. Combine immediately with sauce so it fills the tubes and coats the ridges.
