London – The 2025 Forbes CMO Summit, Europe edition, brought together the most influential voices in marketing, communications, and sales worldwide to discuss the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, creativity, and human relationships. Representing Albania at this prestigious Forbes event was Aurel Domi, Vice President of Atlas Corporation, who joined leaders from Meta, Forbes, and Unilever to exchange perspectives on brand transformation and adaptation in these times of change.

Global brand leaders such as Sherry Phillips (CEO, Forbes Media), Alex Schultz (CMO, Meta), Noel Mack (Chief Brand Officer, Gymshark), Seth Matlins (Managing Director, Forbes CMO Network), the CMO of Unilever, and others participated, sharing their experiences in blending human knowledge with artificial intelligence.

Mr. Domi, a representative of the new generation of business leaders in Albania and the Western Balkans, had the opportunity to meet and speak with these corporate executives and discuss the ideas shared at the Forbes CMO Summit, from “The CEO’s Guide to Marketing” to “Marketing to Machines.” He emphasized that these practices are not only shaping the future of global brands but are also principles that Atlas Corporation has already begun to implement. Companies within this Albanian business group, such as Ola Foods, Atlas Mills, and Besniku, are now embracing these changes through:

  • Leveraging technology and data to enhance brand relevance and the consumer experience;
  • Building purpose-driven brands focused on quality, sustainability, and innovation;
  • Connecting local authenticity with the sophistication of global marketing.

In his presentation, Mr. Domi highlighted:
“Atlas Mills’ approach with Ola Foods, combining authentic storytelling, technology-driven precision, and a global brand mindset, reflects the same principles shaping top marketing strategies worldwide. All of this is carefully constructed with the understanding that our companies operate in the food sector, where consumer inputs are critical. At this intersection, we achieve a mix of innovations that companies must offer to remain competitive, while meeting consumer expectations.”

Using Albania as an example, Mr. Domi underscored the dynamism of the Albanian business landscape and the speed with which Albanian corporations adapt to innovations coming from European and American markets.

He also shared how Atlas Mills and Ola Foods apply the latest technological innovations in communicating with the public, while maintaining a deep respect for tradition, as food remains a core element of national heritage. Additionally, he highlighted the work being done to integrate AI with marketing in the Balkans, where Atlas Corporation operates.

The Forbes CMO 2025 Europe, organized in the British capital on November 10, brought together marketing, public relations, and sales leaders from across Europe. It is the second-largest event in the world after the Forbes CMO held in Aspen, USA, each September. Forbes magazine continues to remain at the forefront of corporate communication and events worldwide, sharing business ideas and innovations on a global scale.
