Cooking instructions

Cook in abundant salted water to ensure even hydration and prevent sticking. Stir during the first minute to separate the pieces. Cook until al dente, following the time indicated on the package. Reserve a small amount of cooking water to adjust sauce consistency and improve adhesion. Drain thoroughly; do not rinse, unless preparing a cold pasta salad. Combine with sauce immediately after draining for optimal flavor absorption.
