Cooking instructions

Cook in abundant, well-salted water for even texture. Stir gently during the first minute to prevent clumping. Cook until al dente, following the package instructions. Reserve a small amount of cooking water to help emulsify sauces. Drain thoroughly; do not rinse. Toss immediately with sauce to ensure even coating.
