Cooking instructions

Cook in abundant, well-salted water to prevent sticking. Stir during the first minute to separate the spirals. Cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Reserve a small amount of cooking water to help bind sauces. Drain thoroughly; do not rinse, unless preparing a cold salad. Toss immediately with sauce so it coats the grooves evenly.
